2). As computer screens have chromatic aberration , especially between CRT screen and LCD screen. We can not guarantee the color of our products is the same color as the photographs u see in the computer.

1. If you find the dress is in wrong color or measurements, please send us clear pictures within 3 working days since you receive the dress. You can return and refund or change the dress after our confirmation;
2. If the dress is obviously not similar with the original picture, please send us clear pictures within 3 working days since you receive the dress. You can return and refund or change the dress after our confirmation;
3. If there is obviously quality problem with the dress, such as big dirt, broken or defects surface, please send us clear pictures within 3 working days since you receive the dress. You can return and refund or change the dress after our confirmation;
4. We offer free change for your custom made dress when you offered wrong measurements! But you need to pay for the shipping cost.
